All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Product photos are for illustration — packaging may vary.

3. Orders and payments

Online payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. We may cancel an order — and refund any payment in full — if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

4. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. User responsibilities

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. Any misuse or fraudulent activity will result in termination of services.

To the extent permitted by law, Elam Exotic Spices is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
